Companion or my server is missing from app.gkshop.org

Sign in with Discord and check Services → Companion Collectibles. Category access depends on your account's Discord roles. Use the account that registered the server to manage it.

Verify and add fails

• Run the current phone resource with Config.Companion.Enabled = true.
• Match the dashboard Server ID to Config.Companion.ServerId.
• Enter a public HTTP or HTTPS base address with the correct port and no API path.
• Check your firewall and reverse proxy allow requests to /gksphone/companion/status from the internet.

A server registered to another account cannot be added again under yours.

My server is missing from Twitch Configuration

Confirm Companion is enabled and registration used Allow streamers to select this server in the Twitch extension. Check that the FiveM endpoint is online, then reopen Configuration.

The game code fails

Generate a fresh code in Twitch Configuration. Run /twitchlink YOUR_CODE as a player in the selected server, using the character you want to link. It cannot run from the server console.

Check Enabled, ServerId, and PairingSecret in the phone configuration. After generating a replacement credential, update the configuration and restart the resource. Confirm Collectibles is enabled and a timezone is configured. Do not use the server credential as the short game code.

A card image does not load

Use a public HTTPS image URL on an approved host. Base artwork is required; blank Foil and Gold URLs reuse it. The URL must open the image itself. White borders must be edited in the image file; changing the URL does not remove them.

Packs cannot open

Keep at least three distinct cards active in the Card pool. Three editions of one card still count as one card. If too few cards are available, the pack is preserved.

Daily Pack progress does not advance

Check the timezone, Companion/Collectibles settings, and active cards. Watch with the player unpaused and the extension visible. Only one viewing session counts at a time; close other sessions if told viewing time is already counting elsewhere. Follow the target duration in Collectibles. The reward is limited to one per server-local day.

A Drop cannot start or be joined

The broadcaster starts Drops in Live Configuration. Check rewards are enabled, the timezone is configured, and cards are available. Each channel can start one Drop per server-local day; each viewer can win one per server-local day. Joining requires login and Twitch identity sharing. Follower/subscriber-only eligibility is not supported.

Timezone changes take effect at the next midnight in the current timezone; saving a change does not immediately grant another daily reward.
